Circumstances of disappearance
Fernando Manuel was last seen leaving a child home in Pfalzburger Street 18 in Berlin-Wilmesdorf at 12 pm (12:00) on January 15th, 1995, where he was being taken care of. It is unknon where he intended to go.
After an investigation, police found out that Fernando Manuel could have been taken to his mother, who lived in a refugee home in Noyon, northern France in 1995. This theory has not been verified, thoigh.
Fernando Manuel was born in Angola and later moved to Germany.
