Circumstances of disappearance
Emmanuel was last seen stepping out of a train in the railroad station of Rennes, France. He had been travelling with friends and told them that he was leaving the train to send a letter to his girlfriend. Emmanuel and his friends were soldiers in Landivisiau.
Emannuels parents founded the Manu Association in 1999, three years after their son's disappearance.
